Welcome to JobX, Vassar's Student Employment Job Registration System!

If you have any questions, please contact us!

Important FYI:

  • Fall job registration is now open to students with a work study award.

  • Be sure to bring original documents with you to campus to complete your I-9 if you have not worked on campus before. **Copies, scans, and/or photos cannot be accepted.**

  • Students who are not eligible for work study will be able to login and apply for jobs on 10/3/24. For a full calendar of '24-'25 dates, check out our job registration calendar.

  • The student wage is currently $15.30/hour for Academic Year and Break jobs effective 9/3/24 unless otherwise specified on the job posting.

  • Students may work in their Acadmic Year jobs beginning September 3, 2024. Summer break jobs ended September 2nd, 2024.

Good luck in your job search! Here are some tips to get you started:

  • Start by applying for as many jobs as you are interested in.
  • New Jobs are posted frequently so check back regularly.
  • You may not receive a response to your applications right away.
  • Continue to actively apply, even throughout the semester if necessary. Don’t get discouraged!
  • If you are selected for a position, the supervisor of that job will notify you. If you do not hear back from the jobs you have applied to after 2 weeks, reach out to the supervisor at the email provided on the job posting.
  • If you receive multiple job offers, or decide you no longer want a position, please notify the respective supervisor immediately so that they can find a replacement.

Best of luck this year!
