Be sure to bring original documents with you to campus to complete your I-9 if you have not worked on campus before. **Copies, scans, and/or photos cannot be accepted.**

Spring job registration is now open to Work Study Students! Job registration will open to all students on 2/20/26 at 11am.

Winter break jobs will be in session 1/2-1/20/26. If you have not been hired in JobX for your winter break job, please ask your supervisor to hire you immediately so you can work for the break.

The student wage is currently $15.50/hour for Academic Year and Break jobs effective 1/1/25. Wages will increase to $16.00 per hour effective 12/31/25.

Good luck in your job search! Here are some tips to get you started:
- Start by applying for as many jobs as you are interested in.
- New Jobs are posted frequently so check back regularly.
- You may not receive a response to your applications right away.
- Continue to actively apply, even throughout the semester if necessary. Don’t get discouraged!
- If you are selected for a position, the supervisor of that job will notify you. If you do not hear back from the jobs you have applied to after 2 weeks, reach out to the supervisor at the email provided on the job posting.
- If you receive multiple job offers, or decide you no longer want a position, please notify the respective supervisor immediately so that they can find a replacement.
